Behind-the-scenes with Wayne Bridge x 10bet

At the beginning of the month, we headed into the city to interview Wayne Bridge on behalf of our client 10bet.

Each month, 10bet create a series of social media films with a football icon that Volume amplifies through a dedicated PR and earned media programme, delivering spectacular results that keep the client in the headlines.

Filmed prior to the second-leg ties of the Champions League and the Carabao Cup Final, Bridgey answered a series of quick fire top tens that can be found on 10bet’s social channels and then sat down for a 30 minute chat with us.

We covered all manner of subjects with the Premier League legend including whether or not Chelsea should stick or twist with current manager Liam Rosenior – a resounding stick – and whether this will be the season that Arsenal finally end a 21-year wait to become Premier League champions. A begrudging yes as a former Stamford Bridge icon.

The media demand for comments from Wayne was enormous, and why shouldn’t it be – Bridgey is a legend that doesn’t do too many of these kind of opps.

Upon wrapping up the campaign we landed well over 300 pieces of coverage with hero placements in The Sun, Four Four Two, GOAL and Football London along with some top tier print coverage in the Sunday papers.
